-
A minimum load typically includes a few larger items or a small amount of household junk, such as a mattress, couch, or general clutter from around the house.
-
A half-trailer load is ideal for medium-sized cleanouts and typically includes furniture, appliances, garage clutter, yard debris, or multiple rooms of unwanted items.
-
A full truck and trailer load is best for large-scale cleanouts and major property projects, including estate cleanouts, foreclosure cleanups, renovation debris, farm junk removal, or clearing out multiple rooms, garages, sheds, or entire properties.
-
Multiple trips with a truck and trailer are used for larger or ongoing cleanout projects that can’t be completed in a single load. This is common for estate cleanouts, construction or renovation debris, hoarding situations, or full property cleanups where items are spread out or the volume exceeds a full load.
Additional Fees That Are Included Within Our Pricing
Access To The Junk
Hard-to-reach items like those in basements, attics, or far from the truck may increase labor time and cost due to extra carrying and effort.
Special Disposal Fees
Some items like mattresses, tires, and electronics have required recycling or landfill fees that are added to the total cost.
Weight & Volume Of Junk
Pricing is based on how much space your junk takes up and how heavy it is, especially for dense materials like construction debris.
Urgent Services
Rush or time-sensitive junk removal requests may include additional fees due to schedule adjustments, priority dispatching, and the need to complete the job within a limited timeframe.
